With decades of innovation and collaboration with leading wine experts, Riedel has perfected the art of designing glasses that amplify the characteristics of each grape varietal. During this special evening, Riedel’s renowned varietal-specific glassware will take centre stage, allowing you to experience first-hand how the right “wine instrument” can enrich your enjoyment.
The evening will feature Riedel’s state-of-the-art Veloce series, celebrated for its elegance and precision. Designed with contemporary wines in mind, the Veloce series reimagines Riedel’s signature Extreme collection with a lighter and more refined profile, all crafted in their cutting-edge facility in Weiden, Germany.
Complementing this immersive experience, our Head Chef will present a meticulously curated four-course menu, paired with an exceptional selection of wines to match. Every dish is designed to harmonise with the evening’s wines, creating a culinary journey as memorable as it is enlightening.
