The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa are delighted once again to welcome one of Yorkshire and England’s finest Fish’n’Chip restaurants to the Brasserie and after the success of last years Trencher’s Fish ‘n’ Chip Friday at the Brasserie we are delighted to extend this years visit to include both Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner service.

Trenchers of Whitby, once cited by celebrity Chef James Martin as one of his favourite restaurants, will again be bringing their head fryer and his best selling dishes to the Dales for a celebration of the nation’s favourite take-away.

Established in 1980, Trenchers is well known throughout the North of England for its traditional menu serving fish of the finest quality, which is hand prepared on site and cooked fresh to order the Yorkshire way in traditional beef dripping.

They also pride themselves in serving fresh prawns, crab and of course mouth-watering Whitby scampi.  A restaurant favourite is the delicious homemade Trenchers fish pie, which along many other favourites will be available when a taste of Whitby comes to the Dales.
