Wednesday 15th November – Stars of the Future Dinner

We are delighted to working in partnership with Craven Cookery College and Leeds City College in giving some budding chefs and front of house stars of the future the opportunity to work alongside our Burlington Head Chef Paul Leonard for one special night. Over the coming months the students of Craven Cookery College and Leeds City College will be working in partnership to design and produce a course good enough to present and serve as part of Paul Leonards ‘Stars of the Future’ menu. Craven Cookery College will be focusing upon the starter and Leeds City College will be focusing upon the dessert element in addition to providing front of house trainees who will be running the event with support of The Devonshire Arms operational teams.

The evening will start with canapes and a welcome drink before you are seated in the Cavendish Room where you can enjoy a delicious 3 course menu including the chosen winner’s starter and dessert.

At the end of the dinner the winning students from each college will be presented to you and given a memento of this special occasion and his achievement

Event Timings:

  • Drinks Reception and Canapes 19:00
  • Call for dinner 19:20
  • Opening welcome from Adam Dyke GM and Paul Leonard Head Chef (TBC) 19:30
  • Dinner Served 19:40
  • Presentation of results 22:00
  • Tea and Coffee Served 22:15
  • Carriages 23:00

During the evening we will also be supporting our nominated charity –  Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
