Dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries, Masquerade Balls were costumed public festivities that were particularly popular in Venice. These magical and mysterious dances were held for members of the upper class and were highly popular events.
So, dress to the nines and don’t forget your masks, as this year Halloween is going to be brought in with a luxurious and enchanting style that only The Devonshire Arms can deliver. Set in our magically decorated private dining room, complete with dance floor, this shall be an evening to remember.
The evening shall kick off with a spooky reception drink, before an exquisite 3 course dinner carefully prepared by our talented and award-winning head chef, Paul Leonard. Following dinner, the dancefloor will be opened, and fabulous music from our resident DJ, Ed Marshall shall play late into the night.
During the evening the best mask will be announced, and the winner shall receive an enchanting gift. The evening is in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance, and a raffle shall take place during the evening with proceeds going to the charity.
We aim to cater for food intolerances and allergies provided they are mentioned at time of booking.
