This April you are being invited to share with us the launch of our picturesque kitchen garden. Often overlooked by guests due to its secluded location, the kitchen garden is our secret escape, but now we are opening the gates and giving you a special insight into how we create and use the fresh ingredients it contains. An afternoon hosted by our own talented head chef, Paul Leonard, he shall reveal exactly what’s being planted behind the scenes, and how this is used in his renowned dishes.

Beginning with a champagne drinks reception, Paul shall be explaining his kitchen philosophy and the produce used in his dishes, which come from the breath-taking surroundings. Following this, you shall get to sample some of the finest, hand-picked canapes, while Paul and his team explain to you how they went from seed to plate.

Event Timings

  • 13.00 Champagne reception
  • 13.15 Welcome speech by Paul Leonard
  • 13.30 Walk around with chefs, including canapes
