We invite you to join us for an evening of delicious food and beautiful wine tasting, with guidance from Master Sommelier, Edouard Oger. There shall be five delicious courses designed by our talented head chef, Paul Leonard, alongside perfectly paired wines from Edouard.
Edouard is a Master Sommelier with a raft of experience. Originally from France, he has worked his way around some of the best hotel wine cellars in the UK. He is now a Wine & Spirit Consultant for the Court of Master Sommeliers “Worldwide” in tandem with Dynamic Vines, who are a London based natural wine specialist. Edouard and the team at Dynamic Vines focus particularly on Organic and Biodynamic methods of cultivating grapevines, leading to stronger, cleaner and more vibrant tastes in the wine produced. This process shall underpin the theme of the evening, and Edouard will be on hand throughout to discuss this remarkable method.
Beginning with an arrival drink and canapes, the evening shall continue with a five course tasting menu, to be enjoyed while Edouard describes the accompanying wines. The intimate setting shall create the perfect atmosphere for learning as Edouard guides us through the ins and outs of wines, giving the ultimate masterclass you won’t want to miss!
